    Out-of-focus group: They are carried out when new products have to be developed. Completely different individuals that participate in the focus-group “construct” your product as each contributes her/his specific knowledge and skills.

    Triangular test: Recommended in the final phase of the development of a new product. It shows to what extent consumers find difference between the new product and existing ones made by the competition.

    Body language: This method analyses the “physical” reactions evoked when using a product. Selected individuals “play” with your product. In this way, we learn how products are used and what “complementary” functions they may have.
